I don’t have many memories of my grandmothers, but those that I cherish most are of me with my grandmas in their kitchen. These precious memories instilled in me a great desire to want to form similar connections with my own grandchildren, and ultimately lead me to create Oma’s Kitchen. I’ve had wonderful examples of bakers in my life in my mom and older sisters, so baking has come natural to me. I love to try new things and have gathered a wide variety of recipes and, through trial and error, have come up with quite a few winners. Literally, my recipe for cinnamon rolls won grand prizes at the Western Idaho Fair and went on to take 2nd place in our region of the nation. Now, my granddaughters call me Oma and we love being together in the kitchen. Baking for others is definitely one of my love languages, I hope you will taste the love that I put into what I bake. ❤️
