Hi there 👋🏼, I’m Kayla. Over the last few years I’ve baked thousands of sweet rolls to sell or donate in my community. Living in Eagle Mountain I just wanted to buy a raspberry roll and couldn’t find any close by. I was determined to bake one myself that I loved and after a first failed attempt I found the perfect recipe. I pride myself in baking to temp to ensure all my baked goods don’t over or under bake. Who wants to waste all but the center of the cinnamon roll anyway, when you can have the whole thing taste delicious? I’ve found so many secrets to perfectly moist cinnamon rolls and I top them with a mild cream cheese/vanilla icing to not overpower the flavor. I hope you try them!
